Established on a set of clear values, Technics take a collaborative approach to the delivery of land, building and utility surveying services, from topographic surveys to Geotechnical Surveys.
We work closely with our clients, cross-sector, ensuring they receive the best practice through our expert team and by utilising the latest technology.
We undertake bespoke services for each stage of the construction process from feasibility, design, construction and delivery. Designers, developers, engineers and contractors work with us to provide in-depth data and analysis to keep a project on time and budget, eliminating risk in often complex and challenging environments.
To help us maintain our quality output, we don’t just invest in the latest equipment but also the wider industry. Our Survey Director is a member of the transition team for UK BIM Alliance and the Chair of the Survey4BIM group. For us, the role of the surveyor in BIM is evolving so investing time towards our digital transformation alongside the industry’s development is important. Our Chairman and directors are all Fellows of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering.
