Graham Mills, Chairman at Technics, has signed up to ride off-road from London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation on 22nd September.

The off-road 112km ride is Graham’s biggest challenge yet, at almost five times the length of any of his average rides!

Having just turned 17 when his dad died suddenly from a heart attack at the age of 56 this is a charity close to his heart.

Graham comments, “Losing my Dad had a profound effect on me and my family. To never have been able to speak to him man to man and have him there for the ups and downs left a massive hole in my life. He worked hard for his family but did not see the amazing legacy of his children mature into adults. For me, there’s two clear benefits taking part in this ride; to raise money for a great cause in my Dad’s name but also helping to keep myself fit and healthy.”

To sponsor Graham and support this great cause please visit his Just Giving page here – https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/graham-mills2018. Any support would be gratefully received.
