Technics at the ZSL London Zoo 10k Stampede

Emma Parker, Eleanor Daly and Alicja Faryniarz took part in the ZSL London Zoo 10k Stampede last month.

Organised by London Zoo in aid of the Asiatic Lions Campaign, the team raised an impressive £390 for the charity that supports the conservation of the 500 Asiatic lions left in the Gir Forest of Western India.

Technics take part in world’s biggest coffee morningThe race started in the early hours of the morning and led the runners on a scenic journey through the zoo and around London’s Regents Park.

Technics also took part in the ‘world’s biggest coffee morning’ in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, held on the 25 September.

It was a great opportunity for the team to catch up over a cup of tea and a homemade cake, raising almost £100 for charity. To date, over £4,500,000 has been raised from coffee events hosted the same morning across the UK.
