A good month for career development at Technics!

Technics is delighted to welcome two new members to the team this month as well as celebrating the promotion of two existing members of our surveying staff.

Marcus Davies joined the team at the start of the month as our new Customer Relationship Manager. Marcus has over 11 years experience in sales and account management and will be focusing on developing relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to grow our customer base.

Marcus said “Technics struck me as a company focused on working closely with their clients. I take a customer centric approach in my own work so this really resonated with me. I can’t wait to get started!”

At Technics, we are committed to recruiting and training the next generation of surveyors. So we are thrilled to welcome Martin Napier to the team as a Trainee Utility Surveyor.

Martin will be working alongside our experienced surveyors, where he will gain an understanding of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), PAS 128, drainage surveys and topographical survey techniques. We are looking forward to seeing Martin progress over the next few months!

Whilst we are committed to helping the next generation start their careers in surveying, we also place huge importance on recognising and developing our existing employees. With that in mind, we are delighted to announce the promotion of Dave Cooke to Level 3 Junior Surveyor and Rob Gibson to Level 3 Senior Surveyor. Both Dave and Rob are invaluable members of the Technics team and we couldn’t be happier to be able to recognise their hard work and dedication with these much deserved promotions. Well done both!
