Tools to do the Job

We are committed to providing all employees with the necessary tools to do the job. We invest in new technology, equipment and training to not only provide the best service possible to our clients, but also to ensure our surveyors are constantly learning and developing at the same pace as this ever evolving industry.

We also take the safety of our staff seriously. We make sure all our surveyors are kitted out with the relevant PPE and we have strict health and safety procedures in place to ensure the safety of all staff members whilst carrying out their duties.

Where necessary, surveyors will be allocated the use of a company van, fuel card, laptops and mobile phones.

Flexible Working

Technics is committed to improving the working lives of employees and helping them to achieve a happy work-life balance. Our approach to flexible working allows employees to find the right work-life balance for them and their circumstances. Where possible employees are given laptops and mobile phones to allow them to work more flexibly away from the office.

Pension Contributions

Upon joining Technics all employees are automatically enrolled in our company pension scheme. For us, it’s not just about looking after our employees whilst they are employed but it’s also about doing our bit to help them through retirement.
