Brunel University London

Technics has been working with Brunel University London since 2016. Now on site on its eighth project, the team have provided a range of services including a detailed utility survey spanning four sites.

The utility surveys have been delivered to a PAS 128 specification which provides greater confidence to clients in underground utility detection, maintenance and replacement.

Topographic surveys have also been carried out using UAV technology for the open area of the site. UAV surveys provide high-resolution imagery from remote areas to give the client greater insight into the site.

The team of experts have collected data and provided the university with high quality, detailed utility plans to enable the start of wider developments of the whole site, scheduled to take place over the next five years.

We provide As Built surveys once works are completed by the contractors on site and contractors are also approaching us direct based on our output. This is a great partnership to have.”
