As Technics continues to strengthen its team through training and development, we’re pleased to announce Adam Bogus, a senior surveyor at Technics, has recently qualified as a RICS Chartered Surveyor.

Adam joined the team in 2012, and has been responsible for running survey projects from appointment to completion, ensuring that the technical, commercial and contractual requirements are met to Technics’ high standards. With his considerable survey experience he provides clients with advice and solutions on a wide range of projects with special expertise in GNSS.

Adam became a RICS associate member in 2008 and has been acting as a Lead Assessor for the RICS Land and Engineering Surveying Panel since 2011. He has been responsible for the assessment of submissions ensuring that candidates demonstrate the suitable level of competence required for the RICS Associate qualification.

Adam says, “After many years of being a RICS associate member I’m delighted to have achieved RICS Chartered status. It has been a long term professional goal for me to become a full member of this well recognised, world leading organisation which recognises professional standards in land, construction and property.

The knowledge and experience I’ve gained through the qualification process and will help me provide a high standard of professionalism and competency when providing technical survey consultancy to Technics’ clients.”
