If your project contains mostly undeveloped land, the chances that an independent gas supplier or minor telecom company will have apparatus running through your site is very low. For sites such as this, we provide the Essentials Desktop Utility Report.

The Essentials Report is a streamlined service which includes the key five utility providers for your site area: 

  • The regional electricity provider (District Network Operator) 
  • The main Gas Transporter 
  • The main regional water company 
  • The main regional sewerage provider 
  • BT Openreach 

These providers account for most apparatus in rural locations; the Technics Essentials Report ensures you get the key information at a lower price, with a rapid turnaround, ensuring you have the right plans at the right time and at the right cost. 

Tier 2: The Premium Report 

For projects in busy developed areas, it is much more likely that independent gas, electricity, telecoms, or any number of obscure providers could cross or feed your site in a number of unpredictable ways. For these sites, we offer the Premium Desktop Utility Report.

The Premium Report is a comprehensive service which includes all known utility providers in your site area, including: 

  • Gas (main and tertiary providers) 
  • Electricity (main and tertiary suppliers) 
  • Water (main and tertiary providers) 
  • Sewerage (main and tertiary providers)
