A great platform for Technics – London Build 2019

This yearโ€™s London Build conference and exhibition was a great success for Technics, and we were pleased to have so many visitors to our stand.

The show, which is now one of the UKโ€™s largest for the construction and built environment, attracted over 28,000 visitors, who ranged from university students to fellow industry peers from around the world.

As well as John MacIntyre, our team exhibiting included Alex White, Senior Surveyor and Training Manager โ€“ Utilities, and Rob Murrain-Field, Senior Land & Building Surveyor.

โ€œThis was a great opportunity to bring attendees up to date on our evolving company portfolio, including recent successes and wins, ongoing and newly completed projects, and our state-of-the-art equipment,โ€ said Alex. โ€œOne of the main areas of interest was in Technics Revit output. Technics has long recognised the benefits of the benefits Revit provides for client, which is why we invested in so much additional staff training throughout 2019.

โ€œOther important topics we covered with guests to our stand included a look at the latest geospatial technology as well as data that is transforming the built environment. We were able to go into detail via examples of services that Technics provides, such as BIM-read models, PAS 128-utility mapping, and vacuum excavation.

โ€œLondon Build has proven itself once again to be a great platform to connect with anyone who has an interest in construction and the built environment, and we are already looking forward to taking part again next year.โ€
