We spoke to Ben Coleman, Design Director at PPR Estates, on what it’s like to work with Technics and his outlook on the year so far.
On the current market:
In terms of 2018, it has been a good year. We’re growing and the projects we have are much larger at around 100 to 250 units, so as far as we’re concerned, we’re confident moving into 2019.
On working with Technics:
I’ve worked with the team at Technics on around 15 to 20 projects, they provide detailed measured surveys on the sites we buy, some often with existing residential units, which can be challenging work.
We go back to Technics each time because I’ve never had a single problem and the turnaround is often less than a week, regardless of project size, which is quicker than others in the market. They also make me feel valued as a customer – they crack on with very minimal input needed which for me is great!
