Technics continues its recruitment drive

Technics is delighted to welcome three new members to its team and celebrate the promotion of Alex White to Surveyor.

website cropAshley Stevens joins as a trainee surveyor in the Utility Mapping Department. Ashley has previous utility mapping experience utilising complex electro-magnetic locator and IDS Hi Mod array radar systems. Ashley said, β€œI’m excited to join Technics. The recruitment process was extremely positive and very supportive, helping me achieve my ambition of becoming a trainee surveyor. Technics has given me the opportunity to continue my learning and develop my utility surveying skills.”

 
 

CaptureRishi Saini joins our project management team in the Utility Survey Department. Rishi will assist projects manager, Andrew Bullen, in providing utility mapping solutions to our clients. Rishi brings four years project management experience with him across varying industries, using both agile and waterfall project methodologies. He has a BSc in Business Information Technology and a MSc in Accounting and Finance. He said: β€œIn my new role I will bring added value to the team and our clients, and look forward to growing alongside the company.”

Emma Parker joins Technics as assistant office manager. Emma has two years’ experience in the construction industry, having previously worked as an administrator for Galliford Try. Emma has a wide range of experience in customer services and events organisation. She said, β€œI’m delighted to be joining Technics, the experience I’ve already gained in the construction industry will be a valuable asset to the team. I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to increase my knowledge, develop new skills and rise to new challenges.”

 
 

blogAlex White has been promoted to surveyor in the Utility Survey Department. Since joining Technics in January 2013, Alex has developed his mapping skills and played a key role in delivering comprehensive utility surveys for the London Bridge Station Development. Alex said, β€œI’m extremely happy to have reached the Surveyor Grade. Technics has provided me with expert guidance and training through its vast experience and knowledge of the surveying industry. I’ve been given the opportunity to on prestigious projects including Crossrail and Thameslink which have all aided me in my progression.”
