44 Esplanade will be Ogier’s new Jersey premises set on the picturesque sea-frontage in St Helier, Jersey and is the largest single occupancy commercial building on the island at over 98,000sq ft and 6 floors.

Technics Group were approached by Gardiner & Theobald LLP to carry out a detailed set of NIA surveys during the completion of the base build stage of construction as a joint appointment by Ogier as incoming Tenant and JCN Investments as the Landlord. Whilst being a construction site nearing completion, the survey was no problem for our team and only mirrored the usual challenges we experience in carrying out the same survey in a busy London office block.

An electronic theodolite survey was carried out to provide an accurate measure of the area of the building in accordance with the RICS Measurement Guidelines.
