Since 2004 Technics Group have been working with the Estates Department of the Royal Survey County Hospital. Working on a long term strategy the entire campus which extends to 17.5 hectares, has now been topographically mapped. Many areas have been subject to Utility Surveys and the site is regularly visited to update the base model.

The survey data and model is hosted and managed by Technics Group.

The survey data is now an essential data set and is used for planning, design and estate management purposes.
