Technics Group undertake Topographic Surveys for all new Huf Haus clients. A fully detailed Topographic Survey of the site is undertaken including silhouette elevations of the existing & adjacent buildings. All surveys are superimposed onto an Ordnance Survey digital plan at 1:200, 1:1250 & 1:500 scales, digital photographs, with key levels annotated, are also included in the survey drawing.

Once planning has been approved on each site Technics Group are instructed to carry out the setting out works. The construction drawings for each Huf Haus are based on our Topographic Survey.
