Technics Group were instructed by Anchor Trust, to undertake Topographic, Building and Utility Surveys of the 72 acre, former Mouchel office site.

Accurate floor plans and elevations of over 63,000 SQ FT of the existing Manor House, Stable blocks, Boat House and Cottage were surveyed to facilitate the planning process for the proposed development.
