This is a quick snapshot animation of the radar data results collected as part of a recent survey.
Using high frequency radar we are able to interrogate structures or material layers in pavements. Anomalies within structures or carriageways can be highlighted using tomography- or imaged sections of the radar data. This technique can be applied to many situations including: Reinforced Concrete Slabs, Bridge Decks or Structures, Carriageway Construction Layers, Reinstatement Checking for Specification Compliance e.g. NRSWA, Chimney Flue Detection with Party Walls, Airport Runway Condition Analysis.
