Rights of Light Surveys
Proposed new buildings can affect existing buildings' Rights of Light. The existing occupiers are entitled to legal remedy if their building is adversely affected.
Precise survey and modelling of the existing buildings is required to enable Rights of Light specialists to measure the impact of a proposed scheme.
