Water is essential to our lives but can also cause considerable destruction. The lack of suitable flood defences or sufficient space for water in drainage systems or on flood plains continues to cause many problems. Technics Group can assist by providing accurate survey data in all environments affected by water. This includes detailed measured or CCTV drainage surveys, watercourses including river cross sections, flood plains and threshold levelling. These surveys are usually tied to the Environment Agency GPS survey control.
Technics Group is an approved Environment Agency contractor and undertakes projects in both the private and public sectors.
The data from these surveys can be presented in a variety of formats depending on the software being used to model the project.
